How to use the website and place orders

Any user of the site is obliged to act lawfully when accessing and using the information contained in the site.

The images published on the website are for example only and the products delivered may differ from the images shown in any way.
In order to place an order, an account will be created, in which an email address and a password will be entered, these data being confidential. Orders can be placed without creating an account in advance, provided that all the necessary data for placing the order and delivery are entered.

For orders placed, customers may also be asked for the following personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery addresses, as well as any other data necessary for the delivery of products, the issuance of accounting documents or any other documents necessary for the purchase/sale of goods and their delivery. The customer undertakes to provide correct information and to inform Gavella COM of any changes to the information provided.

The above information is necessary in the management of orders and commercial relations between Gavella COM and the customer.

Our company will not be liable for situations arising from the customer’s indication of incorrect information (for example, but not limited to: impossibility of delivery, delays in delivery, etc.). The customer will bear all transport costs in such situations.

In case the Customer cannot be found by the courier according to the identification data transmitted, he will bear all transport costs. Also, in the event that, from the moment when the goods should have been delivered until the moment when the customer can actually be contacted by the courier (due to the communication of inaccurate data), too much time will pass and the products will undergo changes, the customer will bear the cost of the products as well as of the thermal packaging and the related transport.

The use of the account by the customer must be made in accordance with the legal provisions and in compliance with the terms and conditions. Otherwise, the account may be deactivated without notice or compensation, with prior notice to the Customer.

Responsibility

Under no circumstances, Gavella COM SRL is not liable for any damage (direct or indirect) brought to you. or any other party, in connection with the use of this site and the information it contains – provided by you. or another person – or any other damage or injury caused by errors, omissions, defects, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, interruptions of internet access or servers, viruses or any other similar factors.
