The delivery of the products will be made by the express courier company Fancourier, according to the interval established in advance and by mutual agreement. In the event that such a range is not established, products will be delivered as specified below. Due to the characteristics of the products sold, as well as to preserve all their qualities, properties, etc., the products will be packaged in special heat-insulating packaging. The special heat-insulating transport packaging and the cost of delivery of the products will be borne entirely by the customer. <\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery is free with a minimum order of <\/span>500 lei.<\/span><\/p>\n

The products sold on this site are not intended for resale, except with our express consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer is obliged that within <\/span>two hours<\/b> from the moment you receive the parcel, to report any problem to the telephone number +40 751 097 607 or to the email address secretariatgavella@gmail.com. Otherwise, it accepts the products in the condition, quantity and quality in which they were delivered. After checking the condition of the products as mentioned by the customer, it will be determined whether it is necessary to replace them or return the products. <\/span><\/p>\n

Orders placed on <\/span>Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday inclusive until 12 noon<\/b> will be processed and shipped the same day. Any order placed after 12 noon on these days will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Saturday-Sunday will be processed and shipped on the first business day following. No orders are processed on holidays. <\/span><\/p>\n

Products ordered will be delivered within the limits of available stock. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of errors on the site regarding the products, Gavella Com will immediately notify the customer, in order to express the option to purchase and deliver the products.<\/span><\/p>\n

As perishable products, our company does not offer a guarantee. <\/span><\/p>\n
