Loved for its buttery notes and complex mineral finish, this delicious caviar offers a clean, creamy aroma that will entice your senses and defy your expectations. Produced here on our farm, caviar is prepared using the traditional &#8220;Malossol&#8221; method, which means &#8220;with a dusting of salt&#8221; to enhance the rich and complex flavours for which this caviar is known.
